Rural and Estate Work
We act for various large landowners in relation to their general commercial property requirements and projects. Recent examples of work we have done in this area include leases of boreholes, Cold War bunkers, water bottling facilities, distilleries, telecoms masts, car charging facilities on A-Roads, solar fields and commercial greenhouses, as well as general advice on a green energy project on a lake,
We also advise landowners on music festival agreements and location services.
