In support of our investment and landlord clients and for a number of occupier clients, we advise on the full range of Landlord & Tenant matters including negotiating and agreeing new leases and agreements for lease, renewals, assignments, underlease and surrenders as well as all licences and consents.

We provide complex advice in relation to conditional agreements for lease and commercial critical matters such as head office relocations.
Our clients include large landlord companies, corporate occupies and retail, leisure and hospitality occupiers.

We advise our clients on all aspects of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and work in tandem with our litigation practice when necessary.
