Project:
Acting for FTSE Listed developer/housebuilder, Berkeley Homes in relation to its developments at London Dock and Grand Union. Together these developments comprise more than 5,000 units of private residential accommodation.
We have acted in connection with the affordable housing sales, the sale of all the residential units and advised in relation to the commercial units on these schemes. -

Acting for a major housebuilder in connection with its unit scheme at One Clapham. We have provided advice in relation to all residential sales and the lettings and sale of all commercial units.
This included advising the client on the acquisition and in relation to its hybrid acquisition/development financing. Our residential plot sales teams will oversee the unit sales as soon as each site goes to market. -

Acting for a private housebuilder/developer in connection with its acquisition of a landmark estate on the banks of the Thames for a permitted development conversion of commercial units to residential and its acquisition of a large former regional office HQ building in Sevenoaks for a conversion to a high-end residential scheme.
This transaction included advising the client on the acquisition and in relation to its hybrid acquisition/development financing.
