Acting on the £25.75m sale of an investment portfolio investment of industrial estates across the South West of England. The portfolio comprised of four multi let industrial estates and one single let distribution unit. The five assets had a total floor area of 214,950 sq ft and let to a total of 21 tenants.

Project:
Advising the Landlord on an ongoing basis in respect of its leasing and asset management of this prestigious 6-storey building with lower ground and basement space in the heart of Pall Mall, SW1 covering circa 71,000 square feet of primarily high class offices with lower ground restaurant space.

Project:
Acting on all the retail lettings at Morfa Shopping Park, one of the premier shopping locations in south west Wales. Retails tenants include Next, New Look, B&Q, Morrisons, Frankie & Benny’s, Pizza Hut and KFC.
