Wiltshire
Project:
Acting for the landlord, The Fonthill Estate in Wiltshire, on their grant of a lease of an EV charging “superhub” to be built on the A303; the operator/tenant InstaVolt will replace the old service station at Chicklade, 10 miles from Stonehenge, with a 30-charger "superhub" alongside a substantial farm shop. Linked to this are options over adjacent land for extensions to the facilities, including the potential for a solar field.

Project:
We act for renewable energy developers and their funders on securing the land rights needed to bring wind farms across the UK from concept to operation.
So far in 2026, we have advised on ten separate wind farm developments, supporting clients through early-stage land assembly and the wider development process. Our work centres on negotiating and completing options to acquire leasehold interests, which give clients the long-term land rights they need to build and operate their projects.
We combine specialist property expertise with a practical understanding of how renewable energy projects are developed and financed, so the land arrangements we put in place work for developers, funders and landowners alike.
