We work closely with the client’s construction and sales teams to ensure that potential issues are identified and addressed before they can cause an issue.
With our construction unit, we can provide a set of construction documents to reflect the nature of the development and, in conjunction with the client’s project manager, settle the final terms with the contractor, team, tenants and investors.
