Acting on the £25.75m sale of an investment portfolio investment of industrial estates across the South West of England. The portfolio comprised of four multi let industrial estates and one single let distribution unit. The five assets had a total floor area of 214,950 sq ft and let to a total of 21 tenants.

Acting on the sales of 930 private residential homes on the development known as the ‘Verdean’ with the redevelopment of the Friary Park estate.

Acting on the lease for Walter’s, a neighbourhood restaurant and bar in the heart of West Dulwich. Walter’s is the sister restaurant of the award-winning Oystermen Seafood Bar & Kitchen in Covent Garden.
