Freddie acts for both large and small private developers dealing with residential and commercial development including land acquisition, option agreements and general apartment and house sales.

Freddie is responsible for the general management of each site and the development as well as the drafting of all ancillary deeds and licenses.

In addition, Freddie acts on the refinancing of both residential and commercial property, disposals of commercial property, assignments and general commercial development advice (including oversail licenses). He has also undertaken litigation involving disputes over landlord and tenant matters and adverse possession.

Recently Freddie has acted for a number of tenants taking leases of commercial premises covering offices, retail and restaurants/cafes.
