Kate is a solicitor formerly at Hill Dickinson. Kate is experienced in all aspects of commercial property disposals and acquisitions, asset management and general landlord and tenant work.

Kate acts for developers, investors and other private and institutional clients. Kate also deals with retail and leisure work, acting on restaurants, retail units, business parks and industrial warehouses. Recently Kate has acted for several restauranteur tenants who have taken leases in London’s West End including Covent Garden and Soho.

Additionally Kate has acted for residential and commercial developers on site set up, sales and other general mixed-use development matters, with a focus on the use of client extranets.
