Acting for a private property fund in relation to its acquisition of a flagship retail and office building on New Bond Street for in excess of £70m. The transaction was conducted off market and exchange/completed within a week.

Bath

Project:
Acting for The Beckford Group, on their latest acquisition, taking a lease of The Kings Arms at Monkton Farleigh, just outside Bath.
Residential Development – Berkeley Homes

London Dock and Grand Union

Project:
Acting for FTSE Listed developer/housebuilder, Berkeley Homes in relation to its developments at London Dock and Grand Union. Together these developments comprise more than 5,000 units of private residential accommodation.

We have acted in connection with the affordable housing sales, the sale of all the residential units and advised in relation to the commercial units on these schemes.

Acting for The Beckford Group and the freehold owner on a joint venture structure to promote the relaunch of Teffont House (formerly Howard’s House Hotel) a country hotel and restaurant with 17 bedrooms in Teffont Evias Wiltshire.
