Acting on the conversion of vacant office buildings to modern residential apartments. Following the introduction of the Permitted Development (PD) regime in May 2013 (relating to changes from Class B1 Offices to C3 Residential) our clients have now successfully obtained consent and are developing sites at Whittington House (Islington) and Dumayne House (Enfield), converting old vacant office buildings to modern residential apartments, to provide much needed housing. Several other sites are also under consideration in Richmond and Kingston for future development.
