Project:
An agreement for lease and lease to develop and run a well known 14th century coaching inn, The Talbot Inn at Mells, Somerset. Acting for this new client, a Wiltshire based luxury boutique pub and hotel company which has won various awards. It is on an expansion drive and this is the first in a new development phase, the first one being the very “cool” Beckford Arms in Wiltshire. The transaction involved an agreement for lease with landlord’s works and 25 open market rent lease, coupled with licence for alterations.
