Advised the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham in relation to the disposal and development of its former sports centre at Axe Street, Barking which is to be sold and redeveloped to create a 13 storey residential-led mixed use scheme comprising approximately 150 PRS residential units, a cinema and restaurants.

The new development will also comprise offices and training facilities for use by Care City, an initiative between LBBD and North East London Foundation Trust/NHS Trust which provides community health and mental health services across North East London. The PRS residential element of the scheme will, once built, be owned and managed by a major UK institutional property fund. The scheme has an estimated GDV of ca. £50m.
