Acting for a private housebuilder/developer in connection with its acquisition of a landmark estate on the banks of the Thames for a permitted development conversion of commercial units to residential and its acquisition of a large former regional office HQ building in Sevenoaks for a conversion to a high-end residential scheme.
This transaction included advising the client on the acquisition and in relation to its hybrid acquisition/development financing.
