Acting for a major housebuilder in connection with its unit scheme at One Clapham. We have provided advice in relation to all residential sales and the lettings and sale of all commercial units.
This included advising the client on the acquisition and in relation to its hybrid acquisition/development financing. Our residential plot sales teams will oversee the unit sales as soon as each site goes to market.
