Acting for overseas investors in a major UK employment planning application within the Oxford-Cambridge-London “Golden Triangle” for a commercial and industrial development providing up to 780,379 sqm of floor space for business, industrial, storage and distribution use and ancillary service use for shops, restaurants and food.
Also advising on the associated infrastructure including land assemblies by options and corporate acquisitions, together with advice on CPO matters, Network Rail restrictions and mining rights.
Also acted on the site purchase of Stewartby Brickworks for the development of a residential scheme consisting of approximately 1000 units.
