Acted on the 21 acre land acquisition of the former site of the Northfields Industrial Estate in Alperton, North West London, next to the River Brent and Grand Union Canal. Planning permission was granted in September 2018 for this mixed-use development incorporating new private and affordable homes, workspace, retail, restaurants and a community centre with new public space to create a unique sense of place.

We are currently acting on the off-plan sales of the 2,900  homes (including block affordable sales) on this site now known as Grand Union.
