Acquisition and leasing of office building
Project:
We have provided legal assistance to a family office in relation to a 65,000 square foot office building in Bristol. This has been a cradle to grave example of our investment work which commenced with the building’s original acquisition, obtaining vacant possession, assisting with its complete refurbishment and then acting on the leasing to ensure a fully let building before selling it to a large pension fund.
