Lanny’s professional life started with a long-established firm in The Outer Temple, Strand, before joining a commercial firm in Hampstead where he spent 14 years, before joining as a Litigation Partner with Stepien Lake in November 2009.

Lanny has extensive experience in all aspects of property-related litigation including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes; building disputes; lease renewals, boundary and rights of way disputes; money claims, enforcement of judgments and conveyancing disputes. He has experience in protecting the interests of mines and minerals owners, including in bringing trespass claims, seeking injunctions and declarations and securing substantial damages. He has also helped clients to resolve a wide range of contractual and trust disputes.
