Jane is a Senior Legal Conveyancer who has many years’ experience working in-house for housebuilders and also in private legal practice.

Jane has worked and acted for the largest housebuilders in the UK on their residential development schemes and has previously worked for national house builders such as Redrow, Bovis Homes and Taylor Wimpey. Jane’s primary focus is residential development sales and she is experienced in all aspects of the residential development process from site set up and plot sales to infrastructure agreements and management companies.

She also acts for private clients and investors in respect of residential sales and purchases.
