Hena has an extensive experience of the London property market having worked in both small West End and City practices since qualifying in 2006.

Hena’s expertise lies in all aspects of residential property, from sale, purchase, re-financing transactions to landlord and tenant matters including lease extensions and variations. Hena also deals with residential development matters, acting for private developers on site acquisition, set-up, sales and general development and management aspects in this area.
