David is responsible for the IT and tech in the firm and assists Richard in managing the firm. David maintains the firm’s IT infrastructure, extranets and servers.

David, along with Richard Hill, created, designed and implemented sophisticated property management extranets to assist on property transactions and schemes. As an example, Commercial Online is currently used as an investment data and management bank for substantial developments, lettings and the sale of multi-let commercial property investments.

David is Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) and is the firm’s IT guru. David regularly contributes articles on hardware, software and network issues.
