Catherine’s area of particular expertise is advising on large scale residential developments, providing specialist legal support and advice to a wide range of clients from public quoted plcs to small niche residential developers.

Catherine has been instrumental in the formation of the firm’s plot sales practice and ensures the seamless handover from acting on the site acquisition to the development setup and management of the subsequent plot sales.
